Trust Day 2025 | Fortitude & Purpose
On Friday, 14th March, we hosted our annual Trust Day, centred around this year's theme of 'Fortitude and Purpose.
The day sparked deep reflection on why we do what we do, with insightful keynote talks from Gary Aubin, Rachel Johnson, and our CEO, Steve Carey.
Gary Aubin inspired us by showing how adaptations for SEND students not only benefit the individual but also enrich the entire classroom experience.
Rachel Johnson shared her powerful message, urging us to "fire the negative committee" in our heads and hire an "applaud board" to remind us of life’s positives.
Filled with energy, insights, and meaningful discussions, the day was a powerful reminder of the strength and purpose behind our work. Thank you to everyone who attended and made the day a great one.
