Hoops of Hope: Trust Basketball Tournament Brings Teams Together
What an incredible afternoon of basketball as nine schools came together to compete in the Aletheia Academies Trust Games! The atmosphere was electric, the competition fierce, and the spirit of teamwork shone through every match.
The teams that participated were:

- Holy Trinity - 2nd Place
- Halling - 3rd Place
- Saint George's - 4th Place
- Cliffe Woods - 5th Place
- Stone - 6th Place
- Rosherville - 7th Place
- Shorne - 8th Place
- Sutton-at-Hone - 9th Place
- All Stars - 10th Place
A huge congratulations to St. Botolph's, who claimed the top spot; showing outstanding skill and teamwork on the court. Their well-rounded play and determination were evident in every game. Holy Trinity and Halling followed closely behind, securing second and third place with equally impressive performances, both teams displaying excellent sportsmanship and strategic play.
Every single school that participated deserves a round of applause for their dedication, resilience, and sportsmanship throughout the afternoon. From the first whistle to the final buzzer, it was clear that each team was committed to giving their best. Whether making crucial assists, securing rebounds, or supporting each other through tough moments, the players demonstrated true teamwork and character.
A special mention must also go to the teams further down the leaderboard, including Cliffe Woods, Stone, and Rosherville, who, despite not finishing in the top spots, demonstrated incredible perseverance and effort. Each team contributed to the energy of the event and created an exciting atmosphere for everyone involved.
