Aletheia Hosts First Recruitment Fair
On Thursday 1st February, Aletheia Academies Trust hosted its very first Recruitment Fair. The aim of the event was to spotlight our schools, staff and excellent upcoming opportunities to join our Trust.
The atmosphere was reflective of the collaboration that we have across our Academies; everyone came together to showcase the dedication and determination that each one of us has in providing high-quality education to every single pupil within our care.
The choir performed an impassioned rendition of the Young Voices Choir song Power In Me.
The fair was a great opportunity to share our currently available opportunities and upcoming projects, including information on our newly launched School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) in collaboration with Teach First, as well as highlighting our individual schools and how we collectively strive to improve life chances for local children.
We partnered with Kent-Teach to run a series of well-attended workshops on successful applications and interview skills.
Thank you to everyone who showed up to learn about all the incredible work the Trust does. We look forward to welcoming some new members to the Aletheia Family.
