A Multi-Academy Trust is a group of academies working together under a single legal and governance structure. No. Each academy within Aletheia retains its own identity, traditions and community relationships. For Church of England schools, Christian vision and distinctiveness remain central, and are actively supported through our partnership with the Diocese of Rochester.
The Trust’s role is to strengthen and protect what makes each school distinctive – not to standardise unnecessarily.
The process begins with informal conversations to understand a school’s context, priorities and aspirations. This is followed by due diligence, stakeholder engagement and a clear transition plan, ensuring transparency and support at every stage.
