St Botolph’s Triumphs at Annual Trust Dodgeball Tournament

On Wednesday, 22nd January 2025, the annual Trust Dodgeball Tournament brought together ten of our schools for an afternoon filled with excitement, teamwork, and fierce competition. The event celebrated camaraderie and athleticism, with every team giving their best on the court. At the end of the games, St Botolph’s C of E Primary School emerged victorious, claiming the top spot with an outstanding performance that highlighted their agility, strategy, and team spirit.
Saint George’s C of E Primary Phase was right behind them, securing a commendable second place and showcasing their determination and sportsmanship throughout the games. Rounding out the top three was Rosherville C of E Academy, whose players demonstrated great energy and resilience.
Cliffe Woods Primary School took fourth place, followed by Sedley’s C of E Primary School in fifth and Stone St. Mary’s C of E Primary School in sixth. Halling Primary School and Holy Trinity C of E Primary School played vigorously, finishing seventh and eighth, respectively. Meanwhile, Shorne C of E Primary School and Sutton C of E Primary School, though placing ninth and tenth, displayed unwavering teamwork that exemplified the essence of the tournament.
The games were about winning, fostering a sense of community, as well as encouraging young athletes to engage in physical activity. Many thanks to the schools, organisers, and volunteers for making the event a great success. Congratulations to all the participants for their effort and commitment.
